How long will it takes to receive my order?

No, it cannot be used that way. To operate this product, the AC-DC adapter must be connected to a power source, and this adapter is included. The adapter's electrical specifications are AC 100-240V (50/60Hz) free voltage, allowing it to be used in most countries.
Do you provide a plug that can be used directly in my country?

Since AC plug specifications vary by country, not all types are available. When ordering, you can choose between the EU plug and the UK plug.
Do you offer a warranty period?
